I believe these models are using the ETA Swiss movements and are now discontinued, they don't show on the official website anymore.

They have been replaced with models with case sizes of 31 mm which use the in-house movements and starting at over £3000.

Not a desirable watch, with a £100 bog standard ETA 2824 movement. The only reason Tudor is any way desirable is that you can’t buy their Rolex parent watch.

Buy a Christopher Ward with their new dual flag logo for one third of the cost and you will still get a Swiss movement and as watch of similar quality.

First of all I would be interested to know where you can get an ETA 2824 for £100, a brand new one would be at least double that amount (if you can still find them).

Secondly, Tudor uses a COSC certified movement with several modifications, with the 2 most notable being the balance wheel shock absorber and the regulating system.

Many men of our grandparents generation wore watches this size. It’s small by todays standards but can be worn by anyone

Watch case sizes are trending down. Bit of a push for most men this size I reckon.

I can't pull it off. My arms are too muscley and masculine. It's a shame

Ahh, but would wearing a small watch make my puny wrists look large and muscular?

Ive slim wrists but happily wear anything up to 40mm. Ive some vintage dress watches in the 32mm range that go well with anything and 40 that are better with long sleeve shirts. Basically I'll wear anything if it takea my fancy

Just though I should mention I didn't put 'Men's' in the title, it was the moderators.

I personally believe that at 32 mm this size this is a ladies watch, as the specification states, but feel free to disagree.

I'm not one for saying that a small watch is automatically a women's watch and it annoys me when people say that a man's watch needs to be 40mm plus, but......

This is a womens watch without questions, 32mm is tiny. Women's watches also do not sell as well so don't think this deal is that good (Goldsmiths had it at 50% off not long ago)

38mm is the current sweet spot, a move down from 41/40mm a couple of years ago. By my reckoning this will be in fashion by about 2050 by which time my wrists will have atrophied like raisins in the sun, making this watch too large.

Sorry but in this day and age, 32mm is definitely a woman's watch. And I'm a great defender of men wearing watches from 34mm and above, but you're simply on dodgy territory at 32mm. You'll even be debated on 34mm to 36mm, at least for a sports watch. Not so much for a dress watch. But 32mm - no bueno.

I only have a 17.5cm wrist, but I find a 35mm watch to be the smallest that looks right for me.

Nice looking watch though, and a good price.

i quite like the look of this. 32mm + the bezel length is more like 40mm to be fair

32mm is the complete diameter of case minus the crown so I have no idea what you mean by 40mm including the "bezel length".

The only measurement that could possibly be close to 40mm would be lug-to-lug...ie from tip of one of the top lugs to tip of one of the bottom. This is still tiny for a mans watch.

£2350 for the 41mm on bracelet at Burrells
£2050 for the silver dialed 36mm on bracelet (the better buy IMO than this)
