Description
Two years of stalking the streets as the Batman, striking fear into the hearts of criminals, has led Bruce Wayne deep into the shadows of Gotham City. With only a few trusted allies amongst the city's corrupt network of officials and high-profile figures, the lone vigilante has established himself as the sole embodiment of vengeance amongst his fellow citizens. When a killer targets Gotham's elite with a series of sadistic machinations, a trail of cryptic clues sends the World's Greatest Detective on an investigation into the underworld, where he encounters Selina Kyle/aka Catwoman, Oswald Cobblepot/aka the Penguin, Carmine Falcone, and Edward Nashton/aka the Riddler. laughingmanI just did not like this movie, it was slow and the plot was predictable.
The Nolan trilogy will always be the best.
ShardIt also didn't make sense. I assume everyone has seen this by now. The massive car chase scene with the Penguin. There are fatalities which wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the Batman, and at the end he lets the Penguin go anyway?- reubennoExcellent film.
Great cinematography, excellent OST, the best version of Gotham ever put to film and the most comic accurate Batman of the modern batman films.
ShahintrNo. Many scenes were questionable. Batmans face is bombproof. Batman kills people on motorway and let’s penguin and himself go. Alfred doesn’t die when bomb explodes on him.
I like the movie. Best? Nah. Hopefully it gets there because the actors are incredible. - jco83Batman (1989) and Batman Returns will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Dano really interested me. Penguin was interesting. Batman and catwoman seemed flat and boring.
Anyway I'll give it another chance.
