    A brilliant but harrowing series which at the time was a programme people of the country could identify with, a really hard time in a terribly broken country unfortunately I see a lot of what happened then to what is happening now, I never ever thought people would again have to struggle just to survive and try to make ends meet
    Sorry for my ramblings, it just brings back some horrible memories

    I loved this, it was very harrowing at the time and I watched it all again last year, so sad, definitely worth watching, heat from me

    I lived through it and don't think I could watch it again. I watched it then and found it so true it was uncomfortable. We didn't learn anything. Fabulous cast and great acting though. (edited)
