Canon EOS M50 Mark II Digital Camera Body £519 @ Wex Photo Video

I had the 1st version of this when I started taking photos as a hobby a few years ago . Great camera for beginner and intermediate photographers and excellent to learn on so I can imagine this is the same, if not better.
I'm a Sony user now and have heard that Canon lenses are now very expensive so may be worth looking at those before you go for this. Still, excellent deal.

Should be noted this is a bit of a dead end - whilst pretty good in their own right, Canon screwed the pooch on the EOS-M lineup by making the mount too small for full frame, which would lose them the war with Sony.

All efforts have now been switched to the new EOS-R mount, which supports full frame sensors. EOS-M has not been officially canned (yet), but the writing is on the wall, no new releases, and stock is dring up.

Since the recent release of crop sensor, budget models on the EOS-R mount, like the EOS R100, the fate of "M" seems sealed, despite official denials!

I would take a long look at the new EOS R100 (£669 with kit lens!) or a used full frame EOS RP instead for £100-200 more.
