Been after a cheap pair of shoes for work. Did buy a pair of Clarks shoes the other that appeared here, but they were too narrow, so a wide fitting pair should hopefully fit better.

£30 less the 20% discount = £24
£4.95 p&p as <£30, so the total price was £28.95 (edited)

Bought a pair of these a couple years ago and can confirm they are not comfortable. No cushioning anywhere on the shoe.

Clarks = Chinese. Drastic drop off in quality sadly. As British as Sweet and Sour Chicken!

Avoid. Had issues with returns as they use Evri and they didn't attempt once to pick up, but claimed they did three times. Need to return another pair as they have split on the heel after three weeks. Can't get Clarks customer service on the phone, no web form, no email.

Wish I listened to these types of comments before.

Where to buy formal wide shoes?

I bought 2 pairs from Clarks and it last, but I wouldn't call it comphy. Right size, but after all day you'll feel pain in the hill like you had no shoes at all.
On top of that discretion was wrong as you can't change insoles in both pairs what bought.
