sorted byI regularly just put the old one back in. Doesn't leak. Just make sure not to over torque as modern aluminium sumps have the structural integrity of cheese.
Plug should’ve been replaced during the January service but they skimped on it and cost me another oil change plus oil on driveway. Which is easily removed with spray brake cleaner.
Correct torque is 30nm. If you can’t get that you’ll be asking for a leak. (edited)
