    Exactly that! I just let it load and filled the form once the 'game' ended.

    For me the AR video was getting stuck so much. Then I noticed the browser media notification with seekbar. I dragged it to the end and after a while the video was over and I could access the form.

    Finally got to the stage to enter the code and nothing I did would let me enter the code. Even pressing restart the game did nothing. Phone complete locked and had to be restarted. What a waste of time. Won't try it again! Hope those who managed it get their samples.

    Literally torture having to go through that video I couldn't do it, it freezes every 2 seconds. Any other way to claim?

    just leave it running it will get there in the end, no need to press anything to restart

    For anyone with a Xiaomi phone, I found it didn't work at all on chrome so used Mi browser and video played straight away, skipped to the end, hit the back button and I could enter the code. Took 30 seconds

    It takes about a minute and a half maybe two to load, and then you enter the code.

    Best thing to do is click the link but DO NOT move your phone otherwise it will take ages..

    Just click the link and let the video play .. at end type in the code ... literally takes 30 seconds .. if you move and play the VR it will take you ages

    Once I finally got to the code entry point I had to switch away and then back to the game to get my keyboard to appear. Wouldn't appear until the game wasn't in full screen...

    My suspicious mind is thinking about the expensive of an AR game as others have discussed... my Samsung M23 system UI also can't cope with it...
    I wonder if it is a way of targetting higher income earners by sorting out who has an up to date expensive phone????
    If only those people can play, then they reduce the number of samples they send to people who are less likely to afford the RRP. (edited)
