If you check airlines and their baggage requirement, KLM for example allows 1x Hand Baggage + 1x Accessory (max. 40 x 30 x 15 cm). I really wanted to take advantage of the fact I won't have a handbag for example (laptop will be in my other hand baggage), so I decided I'd have a look for a bag that fits in their accessory dimension. I was on another deal on the HUKD site, and a member happened to have commented this item, which fits my dimensions, also is affordable and will last a while too.
