Are these any good to apply CT1 adhesive? CT1 is hard to squeeze with a metal gun I currently have
    wayners's avatar
Don't store CT1 in cold places. Needs to be around 18c or warmer and will be easier to get it to flow.
Use a new nozzle every day of use.
You can get more powerful guns which I would assume this one is. (edited)

Kennedy are renowned for their quality. Zorro are a big name in the suppliers chain. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Just been told I will be refunded as they have/will not have stock. Funny as they are still for sale at £6.70

Bit crafty too. Because after refund is issued you are unable to leave negative feedback

Why heavy duty? I'm not questioning the deal - it looks a decent gun for the money, no doubt, but why does it seem that everything is described as 'heavy duty' these days
    astateoftrance's avatar
I don't know about this particular gun but they are just saying its a strong gun which can handle sealants/adhesives which don't flow out easily, I have broken several in the past before buying a decent heavy duty gun.

Thanks OP, been looking for a new one. The one I have is flimsy as.

Bought one because i needed it but i am hoping its not like the one i bought from pound shop that under a bit of pressure came apart and broke..

Looks a bit poor imo. Better spending about £15 an getting one that'll last.

Obviously a lot more but I can recommend this one - screwfix.com/p/n…6fr really good and definitely heavy duty

Mine didn't arrive, VERY poor comms. Questioned why they are still selling it on eBay if they have no stock and can't snd me mine, ignored that twice and on the 3rd time of asking they issued a refund. AVOID! They have 186 negative in the last year, 100 of them in the last 6 months and 53 of them in the last month. Shows! Most of them are on the sealant gun, level or gloves as well! So clearly a missprice or something. But if its a missprice just appologies and cancel the orders with a refund, don't leave people hanging! Ugh
