In-store pick up

• Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!

• Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

• Use our store locator to check if zero-contact collection is offered at your chosen store.
• If it is, park in one of the store’s designated parking bays, click the link in your confirmation email, and we’ll bring your order to you, and place it in your already-open boot. Easy!

Returns and refunds
If your order is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to give you a refund.

  • Refunds are available within 21 days of receiving your item(s), providing the original packaging is unopened and intact. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

• Items you’ve opened
  • Yes, you can return item(s) you’ve opened for a full refund. Just make sure you let us know you want to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, and make sure you return them within a further 14 days.
