Both valid I think.
I remember the news because I had a Cosori in my Amazon Wishlist, but removed it when I saw the news in February.
Admittedly the recall was in Canada & Mexico (2 Million Air Fryers), so I guess here in the UK we're still acting like nothing happened.

I also suspect it is probably only the 100-130V version.
Don't get me wrong I would still rather they got it right in the first place.
