Really missing Slave-1 UCS. It should never go out of circulation

Imagine we aren't too far off a re-release. X-wing being re-done this year which was last done in 2013, Slave 1 released in 2015. So I imagine we'll get another in 2-4 years? Too iconic of a ship for them not to release another

I thought there was a tie interceptor and fang fighter coming out, I’ve seen lots in the states of shops stocking them already but haven’t seen anything for Europe, am I mistaken or is it coming out? Nothing on Lego online saying coming soon

It's on lego.com (uk) now but says coming soon, it wasn't there yesterday when I checked

Regarding the 5x VIP instore / VIP discounts online these are the sets I have seen rumoured to be on offer

    - 75323 The Justifier - £149.99 - (£37.49 back in VIP)
    - 75326 Boba Fett's Throne Room - £89.99 - (£22.49 back in VIP)
    - 75338 Ambush on Ferrix - £69.99 - LEGO / Disney / Selfridges exclusive - (£17.49 back in VIP)
    - 75325 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter - £59.99 - (£14.99 back in VIP)
    - 75343 Dark Trooper Helmet - £59.99 - LEGO / Disney / Hamleys exclusive - (£14.99 back in VIP)
    - 75322 Hoth AT-ST - £44.99 - (£11.24 back in VIP)
    - 75334 Obi-Wan Kenobi vs Darth Vader - £44.99 (£11.24 back in VIP)

Also regarding the VIP online vouchers, they will be redeem points to unlock vouchers to get money off these selected sets (which will be the same sets as what are on the 5x VIP instore). So I believe they will be redeem 100 points. Also worth noting these are rumoured to not be the same as the 5x VIP instore offer which is equivalent to 25% back in VIP, the online discounts apparently might only knock 20% off.

All of this info atm are just rumours so nothing is concrete here, so take with grain of salt. (edited)

25% in points in store and 20% for online would match up with previous offers like on Black Friday. I hope it is correct as I’m keen to get a discount on the Dark Trooper helmet as I haven’t seen one previously.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in store only but discounted online, like the last time they did 5x. I expected 2x is for selected sets only too, like last year. We can keep our fingers crossed though! 🤞🏼

glad the dioramas are continuing, however these are a little underwhelming compared to the first releases. The Endor chase is cool but not sure on the price point in comparison to the earlier released dioramas

Value wise for me it seems to be working out with points and freebies
At 20% off, but orders will of course need to be as close to £130 as possible.
Very shrewd of Lego as always.
    Thanks op.

To be honest this May 4th seems quite good offering from LEGO compared to previous years, although last year Lars Homestead was a fantastic promo much better than the Death Star this year.

Thresholds this year are lower though, the cheapest being £35 instead of £40 last year and expensive being £130 instead of £160 last year. Also nice to get at least 2x VIP on all Star Wars unlike last year selected sets which were all pretty rubbish sets.

The 5x VIP instore is a nice touch as well, the rumours on the sets show possibly the hard to find Ferrix and Death Trooper helmet set are two of them, though this is just a rumour atm. (edited)

The Death Star looks a bit pathetic and sad so small, and zero interest in the coin. Disappointing compared to the great GWP last year in my opinion. Would rather get the current GWP.

Do you have to buy star wars sets to get the promos as I'm waiting to get the lotr rivendell set on the 1st of May.

Sadly yes, all offers here apply to Star Wars sets and merchandise only. Not sure if there will be another offer running alongside this for non-Star Wars purchases but I doubt it.

I would stop taking bets on the fact they will role out a redeem a reduction promo for VIPs for UCS Razor Crest and the UCS AT-AT. They did this on Black Friday for the Hogwarts Express and loop coaster for a nominal amount of points (e.g. redeem 250 VIP points for an £80 reduction on UCS AT-AT).

So I could order the 2 new dioramas for £160 and lock in all 3 freebies?
    minifig290's avatar

Yes, so ordering any Star Wars set, including SW merchandise and new sets will unlock all three freebies plus 2x VIP points.

Oops I preordered the executor super star destroyer last week. I don't know why I didn't think to wait until start of May. Guess I'll order the X-wing or something too.

You can always cancel your order for the destroyer. Seems a shame to miss out on these promos.

I only want the GWP items so best option looks like the X-Wing with TCB 8.5% and 2x points once I've sold the set, I will get I believe 3300 points.
l will have £20+ of points and £15 Topcashback in return.
With a 70% eBay promo and assuming £15 shipping I will be £10 ahead.
And free GWP which those sets are £48 upwards on eBay, so it's easily worth the bother of shipping a large set to avoid paying for those.
I've done this before but not for a number of years.

Looks like death star promo not there anymore, went to add items to basket over 130 and the don't see it think they removed it, likely they have run out of them. I got my order in anyway earlier in the week.

Anyone know if this is active at one minute past midnight in Europe, therefore 11pm UK?

Or do we have to wait for 0001 UK time? When all the GWP has gone? (edited)

Just placed my order tried the 20 quid gift card link from Groupon see if anything works from that. Got my star wars order in with all the promos also tired the Charles Dickens code from telegraph and it went through and showed on order confirmation. Not sure if anything will turn up but if not will contact Lego for some points. Did that last time the dickons code did not work and they gave me £20 in points.

I made an order earlier and added the telegraph code tho it applied it on screen it doesnt show up on order confirmation so not sure what to do now.

Have you received your cashback yet? Or do they only send the cashback once your order is shipped?

I've placed my order through TCB at 11% Cashback order over £200 (I bought the R2-D2, and got all 3 VIP gifts) my order is showing as "In Warehouse" and I haven't got any cashback yet.

Usually with other retailers, I've got the cashback about an hr after placing my order.

VIP Death Star Coin now also out of stock alongside the Death Star II set.

Just the X-wing set left with purchases over £35 as well as 2x VIP and four of the five VIP discounts are also still available, the Razor Crest £100 voucher has sold out though.

Stores might have some of the freebies left over though if you missed out on one you wanted.
