A week later i went to order tracking and it said the item is going to be posted soon.
On the 22nd April i login to my account and see that the order had actually arrived at collection point on the 10th of April and is already on the way back to UA as I missed the collection window. Contacted online chat as well as emailed UA. I had no response from email. Online chat only apologised and said I should get refunded within 7 days I'm still waiting. All this time i have no emails to confirm item was delivered to pick up location. No emails to say item was on the way back to UA. And no email to say i wil get a refund. Possibly the worst shopping experience I've had ever.
