With Gold Standard being the gold standard and myprotein being bog standard - where would you put this PBN nonsense?

Below myprotein from my experience. I started off with myprotein, then moved to Gold standard, and this week bought PBN’s chocolate protein powder, too thick and doesn’t really mix well, and that’s compared to both other brands. Personally Gold Standard is the best I’ve tried so far,
Although it is one of the most expensive too.

It states not to exceed 1 shake a day. I can't find any info regarding why or risks if you do. Anyone know? I normally have 3 a day on training days and 2 a day on rest days.

I guess it is assuming someone is eating real food too. Protein from real food is always preferable as it comes with only her balanced nutrients too. If you’re relying on 3 shakes a day then you’re probably not eating enough real food. Too many protein shakes could lead to digestive issues too.
