Description
A flatbread, topped with garlic and parsley spread with butter.

Our expert bakers have refined their recipe over time using slow fermentation for a soft textured bread. The dough is then hand crafted and baked for a perfect flatbread.

Ingredients
Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Water, Rapeseed Oil, Butter (Milk) (1.5%), Durum Wheat Semolina, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Fibre, Garlic (0.8%), Yeast, Parsley, Buttermilk Powder (Milk), Concentrated Lemon Juice.

Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

  • 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 8-10 mins.
  • Place flatbread on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven
  • Place a tray on the shelf below to stop any debris falling on the bottom of the oven.
  • Cook until golden yellow in colour.

Oven from frozen
  • 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 12-14 mins
  • Place flatbread on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven
  • Place a tray on the shelf below to stop any debris falling on the bottom of the oven.
  • Cook until golden yellow in colour.

Microwave
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

    Obviously didn't sell as well when last on offer for £1.25...I may buy some again now they have dropped to a sensible price...unless they have made them smaller
