Oh I am laughing so much at VM right now. They rang me up with an offer to stay (I’m due to be disconnected on the 30th). Apparently I can have everything I have now... but for £9 a month more (£66.50 for full house, vivid 200 and an extra box). Told them no. I’m off to sky. They were confused as to why I didn’t think it’s a good deal. Why would I sign a contract to pay more for the same thing?!
Just a quick question, I've viewed my account and clicked on the offers and upgrades, there is an offer to upgrade to the Player Bundle for £3 per month on a 1 month contract. Surely the one month contract must be an error, or is this keeping the TV element is a 1 month contract?
I still haven’t had a call back but the email they did send, said they cancelled the tv and broadband but kept the phone line :/ I did say I wanted to retain my number but didn’t think they would keep phone contract running too!
The website and welcome email suggest you have to phone, but I went on online chat and they processed the cancellation there and then.
