Surely this has to be the lowest thing EA have ever done, hasn't it? I can live with the gamble of purchasing a release game at £24.99 and it turning out to be a bit of a let down, but that was just over 2 weeks ago

To squeeze every last penny out of this with fire sales down to £4 in the last week before announcing it's entering the vault has to be the biggest most absolute p*** take in the history of gaming, doesn't it? (edited)

What a kick in the teeth for the people who paid for it at launch two weeks ago. Oh well.

Yeah absolutely, they must be providing some sort of apology. Even just giving people EA Access for a few months would be something.

It was asking for trouble just with the title alone. You can’t call it Rocket Arena and have absolutely nothing to do with Quake. If I’m being honest I never even notice it was out.

6 or 600, it's irrelevant to me, it happened.

I probably wouldn't go that far, EA once tried to claim the ownership to everything created in Deluxe Paint, that was pretty low.

If you have EA access, you get 10 percent off EA purchases (definitely the games, but I think it included dlc and micro transactions)

But yeah, tomorrow it will be in the vault, so free to play for anyone who subscribes. Not bad for 20 quid a year.

It was not added to the vault it was a normal release with a discount if you have an EA Access membership but now they’re adding it to the vault just 2 weeks after release! Pretty simple really!
@BuzzDuraband your right this is disgusting from EA but don’t hold out for Fallen order to be added soon the game is doing well on its own and probably the only recent EA game worth playing!

Personally I was quite intrigued assuming it was free to play. £25 was way off the mark. I bit at the £4 and hope it gives the Devs something as it does look quite fun.

However the only reason I knew of its existence was through the EA Play event. If it wasn't for that I'd have no idea it existed.

As for the name I just associated with Rocket League and that turned out great! Shame with all the might of EA they didn't give it a bit more of a marketing push.

This game needs to go F2P asap there's already Rogue Company along with Hyperscape launching fairly soon and let's not forget Rocket League also going free (edited)

Didn’t renew my Origin Access last year. I’d had it for about 4 years running but can’t see the point in keeping it. So few new games had been added (let alone quality games). It is still amazing value for someone new to it though.
Never heard of this game. Certainly not right to put it in the vault after selling full price for such a short time. Should have just put it straight in.

Microsoft denied my refund request. I wonder if EA will do anything for day one buyers, I knew something was up when they gave full game codes to those who played the PC beta last year. To me looks like EA wanted quick buck and after another game released a week later thats free to play they discounted and put in the vault too.
