Posted a bit about it on this thread but I'm confused whether to get this 11-in-1 here (MG7735/33) or the 14-in-1 (MG7720/13) for a quid less on the Philips site. The 11 seems to have better battery life - is it a different (inferior?) device besides the number of attachments?

I’ve got this one which has been posted and the battery life is crazy good. I barely charge it

Brilliant piece of kit. Had mine 2 years now, and the comment about crazy battery life is no lie.
Trim my whole head down to number 3 with the adjustable clipper attachment and wash the entire thing (I know I'm not supposed to) after each use and its still going strong. Got it for £25 during a black Friday sale however well worth it at this price! 🔥🔥🔥

Is it worth paying an extra £5 for the 14 in 1 rather than this 11 in 1?

The 14 in 1 takes 1 hour to charge but only stores 2 hours power. This one takes 2 hours to charge but stores 6 hours power. So I went with this one.

Indeed it is good for stubble. I basically use the number 3 on the adjustable clipper to do my entire head aswell as my beard and tache, all the same length and works perfectly well.

Agree totally, I can't believe how long this runs for between charges! Best trimmer I've ever had.

Just used mine (at my wife's insistence!!!), It's definitely a silver plastic body.

It's the same shaver is it not? Just 3 extra heads?

I can vouch for this and I'd recommend investing in the one with better battery life (this one). I've had mine for 2.5 years and use most of the attachments for various beard lengths and trimming options. It's still as good as new. I got it for £25 back then from Argos but think this is still good value. (edited)

Too much misinformation or conflicting. People from this thread claiming this one lasts 6 hours. While people from the 14-1 Phillips thread claiming that model last 6 hours

there is 1mm and 2mm guards. I prefer the 1mm which is a very light stubble but would prefer if it was 1.5 personally (edited)

I recently bought the Philips prestige beard trimmer. I have to say that’s it’s the best trimmer out there. Well worth the high end price. It has a metal blade and feels premium built. I use to have a cheap babyliss trimmer which didn’t do a great job on my beard. Always uneven. Thumbnail
