Join us for a four-day festival packed with an exciting line-up of online beauty events. We’re bringing you must-see beauty and skincare masterclasses, engaging panel talks and so much more. This year we’re partnering with Cavendish Clinic, Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier, Murad, NARS, Sunday Riley and other top brands for an unforgettable festival that is a must for all beauty fans.
The Event will be hosted via Zoom. The Zoom link to access the Event will be emailed to the email address entered on your ticket at the point of purchasing the ticket. The Zoom link to access the Event will be sent 2 days prior to the Event.
Gold tickets are £45 each and include access to one event and a goody bag worth over £300 that you’ll receive within 3 weeks of the event. You’ll also receive a £15 voucher to spend with the brand(s) hosting your chosen event.
Silver tickets are £15 each which includes access to one event and a £15 voucher to spend with the brand hosting your chosen event.

Last time they also sent a mini Nars eyeshadow palette that only had 6 shades claiming it was full size as it was an item that's sold as it is. If this one only has 6 shades too, then that's another item not full size (in my opinion)
Yes totally agree,and yes this will be mini nars is well ,started at £20 and had 5 full size items and lots of minis

Also who neededs 2 eye crams or 2 eyeshows mini pallets ? This will be first time then I will pass disappointed as was looking forward to this..

Their free goody bag items are getting worse
Usually you don't need to attend.
I missed out once, because I completely forgot, and the £15 off code was emailed to me (and assume to everyone else depending on which event they signed up to).
The 2nd time around, I turned up (online) because a JL email said the £15 off code would be revealed in the Zoom event. This time I didn't get a code emailed to me.
Also I'm not sure if the codes are unique now, plus I think we should get emails about the distribution of the codes closer to the event.
I'm sure if you miss the event but have a ticket/receipt, that it shouldn't be a problem to contact JL and ask for the code (as you've paid for it). (edited)
