Good price on a 7.6l dual basket air fryer backed up by Costco's excellent customer service.

If you aren't already a member, online only Costco membership costs £15 for 12 months.

No mention of the warranty so I'm suspecting 12 months which is same as the Ninjas.

IME dual basket air fryers are a game changing product, with the ability to render your expensive to run traditional oven virtually redundant and therefore save money on electricity (very important at the best of times but pretty essential these days). We last used our traditional oven (for a family get together) on the 5th of June!!

Only 5 (actually now 6!) Costco customer reviews so far (this is a pretty newly released product) but all 5 star.

Is this better than the ninja?

At approx £80 less than the equivalent sized Ninja you would hope for Ninja's sake that it wasn't honest answer is I've never used this machine and have had a Ninja AF300UK for 13 months and an very happy with it. I'd be surprised if there are many people who own both machines TBH

The Ninja goes to 240c whereas this maxes out at 200c (TBF like most air fryers) so if that's important to you then the Ninja is the one for you. Same 12 month warranty on both. Both have sync function (very useful IME).

    Only you can decide

All air fryers are the same when it comes to performance and functions pretty similar to microwave ovens. I've had the £200+ ones and the £30+ ones and there is nothing between them.

Apparently in light of the energy crisis Iceland are adding air fryer cooking instructions to their food and will also be selling air fryers are around £35 in the coming weeks.

Everyone should have an air fryer. I only use my oven maybe once a week to cook a pizza but their air fryer cooks most of the rest (edited)

My partner’s had one for the past month (we got it physically in the Warehouse). She’s made up with it, she’s wanted an Air Fryer for ages and this ticked all the boxes for her. Food comes out cooked perfect, and although I’ve not used it myself it seems easy enough to operate and looks sleek and tidy on the kitchen counter. Beeps when food needs shaking / is done. Lots of room in the baskets, and easy enough to clean.

I looked at some online manual (though for the US version) and apparently only the crisper trays are dishwasher safe, not the whole baskets, which is a shame. I just double checked the Ninja ones and you can wash those drawers in the dishwasher (edited)

This is a more realistic price in comparison with the Ninja equivalent. And Costco sells decent stuff. Voted hot. I've got the Ninja one and I like it, but I feel is overpriced.

I have the big Ninja too. It's great but definitely overpriced for what it is.
    Brand name premium.
If buying again, I'd be looking at this price range.

Purchased one on Friday and I'm very impressed. my first air fryer and I can't believe how much food I can cook in it. Can do 4 good potions of chips in one side of it.
It's very quiet IMO, no louder than a microwave.

Brilliant that your first air fryer is a dual basket one as they are genuine game changers. See too many reviews on dual basket air fryers stating they originally bought a single basket air fryer then realised it was not the answer to replacing their oven so bought a dual.

Been advising on here for months, no matter whether you are a single or multiple person household, single basket air fryers are a false economy as you will invariably be using it in conjunction with your traditional oven. Daft at the best of times but madness in the current energy crisis (edited)

Can you change the F to C on the digital display? Are the parts dishwasher proof?
Might be with a pop at half the price of a ninja.

When bought in the UK it automatically shows in C

Can't speak on this one but our Gourmia has a pleasant fan noise. We were impressed as heard the concorde stories.

How does the sync function work? I have previously had a single Gourmia from Costco but thinking about getting this as twin basket seems a better idea than using racks (edited)

Apparently you set both sides’ respective cooking settings and then press the sync button and it will start whichever is the side with the shortest running cooking time at the right time after the other side, so that they finish at the same time (edited)

Anyone tell me if you can cook a decent sized pizza in one of these?
    bellboys's avatar
    bellboys Author
Not whole. I'm sure I'll get the usual incredulous remarks like I always get when I say this but we cut ours in half and use both baskets still considerably quicker and cheaper than cooking it in your oven.

Warehouse price was cheaper … so worth looking there before buying online. (edited)

Agreed but only if you are a member which costs over £33 at the lowest level. The online only membership costs £15 for the year so even if you aren't a member this is £110 delivered. And no petrol involved to get it (edited)

Thanks to everyone who commented here. Chose this model over the single basket ones. Drove to Costco to get the last one on the shelf in Stevenage. So strange that earlier this week it was at the end of an aisle and there were pallet loads and today there wasn’t. Looking forward to using it.
