    Its actually quite good.
It IS rather small, which is good, (makes it very economical to run), but may be limiting for some.
There is no preheating, further reducing energy consumption.
The recipe book wasn’t proofread, and so needs careful reading and correcting - which isn’t ideal for novice bakers!

This is the ‘new’ (2021) Delices version. The hardware is improved by the addition of a backlight to the display. The firmware has a different Program 5 (for Dairy Desserts instead of just melting chocolate). And the moulds are non-stick steel rather than silicone.
But it is basically the same thing.

It is a proper little oven with top and bottom heat - but benefits from electronic control which seems to control the two independently (on the auto programs).
So far I have used the large (sharing) cake, individual cakes and “melting middle” lava cake programs, and manual mode. I haven’t yet used the meringue program or the new “dairy desserts” programs.
Baking is uncannily even. It is a very good cake oven! But it IS small…

Tefal sell other (“Crea Bake”) metal mould shapes, and also some of their “Crispy Bake” silicone moulds are the right size to fit and can be used directly. Other moulds can be used, but probably need the support rack that was sold with the previous model (and listed as an accessory) - if they aren’t self-supporting above the heated oven floor (eg the Tefal Proflex silicone moulds supplied with the old version).
Jars for mousses and other ‘Delices’ are not included in the standard package (a marketing mistake!) But any jars that fit within the big baking tin should be usable…

The included recipe book actually doesn’t have many recipes (and needs corrections), but the app (newly a combined Tefal one rather than being Cake Factory only), has 300+ for the Cake Factory. I believe the French app has thousands. Read the comments on the app recipes for corrections or adjustments.
Of course there is also a dedicated Facebook UK Group…

Tefal sell 3 different colour schemes in Europe, but we only get the red and white. It does look slightly Fisher Price, but at least it is red not pink!
// However, in Europe, the price still starts at €169… so the red and white is OK by me!

Amazing price, even slightly better than I paid, and if you don’t like it, you shouldn’t lose selling it on eBay! (edited)

Your comment was very helpful, thanks. It was also harmful as it's made me buy one. It is being delivered tomorrow. I'm excited!

I have one from a deal posted on here at a similar price - daughter 11 uses it all the time for independent baking with great results!

The only issue I have with my mine is that the internal timer isn't perfect - so I normally set a separate timer on my Alexa/phone etc. Have personally never had the cake rising and burning on the top, but guess I can see it might happen.

I have used mine about once a week for the last 3 years. My normal oven is pretty inconsistent with temperature in different parts of the oven, so this cooks much better for me.

Why are people buying these for kids?
Teach them how to bake properly, not rely on seperate gadgets for everything!

This simply does the baking part, and does it better than most large ovens.

Just bake a cake as normal in the oven or are some folk just plain daft that they can’t do that ? Same with bread makers

Has anyone received theirs yet please? In my Tefal account it said it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 12th Oct but my tracking number on the Parcelforce website shows that Parcelforce haven't received it yet.

Tefal are claiming Parcelforce have it but their systems haven't updated due to the strike. The strike was yesterday. After the estimated delivery date.
