    what's a good running shoe for a 45 year old 5 feet 10 (178cm) weighing 85kg?

    I recently ran in some crappy cheap trainers at 15kph on the treadmill and ended up with achilles tendon pain and now I can feel my knee bones rubbing again each other when I straighten my leg. I also get shin splints very easily and may be decent cushioning will help?

    Nike invincible flyknit 2 have great cushioning, I’m at 78kg and they’re great for me. While some decent shoes will defo help, I’d also suggest slowing down your treadmill a bit, going that quick for any length of time is a recipe for injury (unless you’re elite obvs haha) (edited)

    I’ve just picked these up in the green colourway. For any runners reading, the hype is real (for me at least.) This is an incredible shoe

    I've got the 2s great daily trainer and the 3 is supposed to miles better hot
