Scotland has a bunch of extra rules around alcohol licensing, it's easier to say not available than try and skirt laws

3.1 Premises licences and occasional licences contain a mandatory licence condition restricting irresponsible promotions. One of the ways in which a drinks promotion in respect of on-sales of alcohol can be irresponsible is if it "involves the supply of an alcoholic drink free of charge or at a reduced price on the purchase of one or more drinks (whether or not alcoholic drinks)." (paragraph 8(2)(b) of schedule 3 and paragraph 7(2)(b)of schedule 4 to the 2005 Act).

Weird, the landing page states T&C’s apply but I can't see where they are, not sure if these can be used in conjunction as it doesn't say.

They are basically that it’s all full price so no 2 for £10 etc on top of this. Basically all drinks become half price, it needs to be booked online in advance as well

T&Cs:
This offer is available on a pre book basis only.
Maximum amount which can be doubled is £100.
We require a 20% deposit to confirm the booking, and full payment of the bar tab value 24 hours in advance.
