They're almost as crunchy as amaretto biscuits (without the almondy flavour and alcohol).
It's basically a bog standard cake that's been baked and slowed dried or moisture removed and then cut. and then you dip it in in tea. Only a psycho would just bite them.
All we now need is a cuppa chai
