Don't buy this, it's just two ply so cheap crappy stuff (brown finger time).
The Nicky I used to buy from Farm Foods before it went up in price was three ply.
Am not a connoisseur of toilet paper but the 3 ply stuff I bought was good. They have the 3 ply Nicky in my local Home Bargains for £5.49 for an 18 pack. So 30.5p/roll and better stuff for your delicate bum, they have the word 'elite' on the wrapper if its 3 ply

This is the 2-ply, don't buy version. Nicky Elite 3-ply is the one to get.

There's a toilet paper thread if anyone wants to contribute (not in that way, submissions with prices, I mean ) hotukdeals.com/dis…397

I've added Home Bargains, Aldi and M&S prices recently. As have others (edited)

Be aware, the cardboard tube in these is massive in diameter so the rolls hold far less paper than they appear, though the paper itself is pretty good quality.

Roll diameter is irrelevant, it's the number of sheets that matters. And these have 200 per roll which is quite high, normally around 160 per roll for other brands. Not commenting on the quality though.

Nicky elite has 170 pieces per roll.
Costco Kirkland has more than 200 pieces. (Around 20%more)
It's still cheaper than nicky and according to most people I know it's better quality.

2 ply nicky is a no go

These toilet rolls are the worst! I bought this pack for £9 from iceland. Its finished super quickly because we're having to more then double up the amount used each time. Never again.

2-ply is far to thin and because of the extra paper you use there then becomes more chance of blocking the toilet with paper .

When you think about it the 2-ply/3-ply is irrelevant unless you have been taught from young to simply use 1 square per wipe

    Buy 4 x 18 packs for £22 then use their '£2 off £25 spend' coupon and it's £5/pack, that's 27.8 pence per roll (166 sheets/roll).

Alternatively if you don't want that faf on, an 18 pack of Nicky 'Elite' which is their 3ply loo roll (and not this rubbish). The cheapest I have seen is £5.49 in my local Home Bargains, works out to be 30.5 pence per roll (168 sheets/roll). (edited)

    £2 off a £25 spend is 8%. That's £22 - 8% = £20.24 / 72 = 28.11 pence per roll.

Alternatively, I could try not to be so nerdy, but that's harder to do than solving equations.

Nicky 2ply used to be good. I bought this stuff last time and it's cr@p. Only good for wiping ar.....oh wait., that's what its designed for

The previous comment about brown finger is spot on!

I've got like 3 packs of 32 left.... and dreading it. It's so thin you end up using more. False economy with these.

I find it hard to be enthusiastic about bog roll but for 23p a roll think it’s great. Had it a couple of months ago and it was fine

    Deal should be £18.50 instead of £19.50 (i.e. 2x £9.25).
