Great price! Use code FERRY23 for free crossing. Parc is very close to Disneyland (90 mins drive), so might be worth checking out ticket costs etc for that if interested.

Taken from Eurotunnel:
Beyond landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the impressive home of Mona Lisa, the Louvre gallery, Paris is also close to a great Eurocamp parc. Just two and a half hours’ drive via the A26 from Calais is La Croix du Vieux Pont Campsite that sits in the picturesque Aisne Valley. The La Croix du Vieux Pont Eurocamp parc is only one hour 30-minutes from Disneyland Paris, and two and a half hours’ drive from Calais.

Fun-packed and close to Paris, La Croix du Vieux Pont offers the best of both worlds
Once discovered, never forgotten, the hidden charms of the Aisne Valley, with its gently flowing rivers and sleepy towns, is all the more enchanting because less than 90 minutes away lies the thrills of Disneyland Paris and the big-city sights of Paris itself!

La Croix du Vieux Pont has four pools, including one with a retractable roof and an outdoor pool. Add friendly bars and two restaurants, one overlooking the pool, plus a whole host of sports and activities like canoeing, tennis and karting, the whole family is sure to have a fun filled holiday. But with Paris an easy day trip away, what’s the chance that you’ll want to take in the sights there, too?

Why you’ll love this parc
  • Swim in the beachside lagoon lake on parc
  • Enjoy a relaxing drink at the beach bar terrace
  • Perfect for taking a day trip to magical Disneyland

Been here a few times (6 or 7) - Lovely campsite, close to Disney, Paris and if your into WW2 its near the glades of the armistice in Compiegne

Why would you go to the same place 7 times, just like my friends who keep booking the very same hotel in Mexico, insane.

Good luck with that Ferry crossing. I hate the French authorities now, they certainly won't be getting any tourist £££s from me

Don't blame the French. Blame Brexit.

Been to this park a few times. It's a really nice park with a nice village within walking distance. They also used to run a coach to Eurodisney twice a week, although I have no idea if that's still the case.....

Been twice when our girls were younger. Loved in - beautiful area. Yes recommend Parc Asterix - we enjoyed it more than Disney. Also go to Pierrefonds (Merlin's) castle close by. Campsite itself was wonderful. Great memories.......

What is an eco contribution? If it's not optional is it a tax?

I'm assuming it's part of the "price includes local taxes"

We've been a few times (to save people piling in that is to visit Parc Asterix and for odd one night on the journey South).
Its a great site and as others have said not far from Disneyland, Parc Asterix , Paris, and Compiègne Forest where WW1 armistice was signed are all within driving distance.
This seems like a good deal so heat added.

Been here a few times and can vouch its an excellent park. Bus runs both to disney and paris central(drop off 100 meters from arc de triomphe) twice per week. Book it early, its cheap and in high demand.loads to do and see in the surrounding areas, and a couple of really good eateries. Well worth a trip at this price

To all the harbingers of doom that use this site. Took my daughter a Paris camp site (not this one) in our motorhome last October.

Journey over was great, no issues or delays on Eurotunnel.

Drive through France was great on lovely motorways. Paris was congested.

    Campsite great.

Journey home great. Inspected by French authorities at Eurotunnel to make sure we didn't smuggle anything/anyone. Staff we're friendly.

All in all a pleasant problem free holiday. Don't fall for the negative press and lazy thinkers.

Been to this site, and while I agree its a nice place our visit wasnt, staff rude the tiny lifegaurd is like little hitler, and the outdoor manmade beach was green and full of slime.. this was in 2019.. also no AC in the carvans they turn into hotboxes..

Id go back though, but just know what to expect, and use it as a base, youll be fine

I have stayed at this site and it is definitely not in Paris or particularly near it - it's a two hour drive away. Lovely place though & when I stayed there 10 years ago they ran their own coach day trips to Paris and Disneyland Paris (on different days). A nice range of facilities including pools & a boating lake. There was also great separation between the large pitches & good privacy due to the hedges.
