Good price but only 5w. Bear in mind this below, from a review, which I think it will be a big deal for some: ' their combined plug and transformer (aka wall wart) means that they don't fit into standard external power plugs. This means having to have the electrician install a special box near each set of plugs around our garden...'

    5w per floodlight…

Yes, but they're designed for ambient lighting and they're very good for that.

Can you buy 2 lots of 2 and plug them all in to one adapter? Cheaper than buying the 4 pack

Or can that not be done?

The connectors between the lights and the adapter/control box is proprietary, and there's only an attachment point for 2 lights on this product. You'd need at very least a 4-way adapter which only comes with the 4 lights.

I have the 4 set & the plug is huge. Beware before you purchase as others have said not fitting standard external power plugs.

what would these be like if you used them indoors, I have a big room with no windows.

They work really well. Got two behind my computer screens in the living room. They are not overly bright but give a nice soft light from them which is what I wanted.

Had bought them to put outside but the plug and adapter weren't long enough so decided to set them up inside instead.

I've got them stuck down with strong Velcro.

How does the power supply work? Is it just an AC to 24v Stepdown transformer that feeds 12v to each light or both lights are 24v?
