    It is not a poor series at all.
    No show is for everyone but objectively it has good rating from a large audience size.

    Slightly more serious than a sitcom. Characters are stereotypical and bland, their behaviour is senseless, and the plot is predictable.

    That said, still pretty much watchable.

    Don't go for it if you love decent drama/criminal like The Sopranos, Broadwalk Empire or Sons of Anarchy.

    Go for it if you like easygoing cheap shows, and this one is in the top tier among them.

    sons of anarchy doesn't belong in that list with sopranos and boardwalk empire. Not even nearly.

    It's decent enough, but unless you must have it in your Amazon library just sub to Paramount+ Watch this, then watch Mayor of Kingstown which is better

    Absolutely agree with you, he’d not look like an odd one out with De Niro or Pesci in one of their great movies

    Mayor of Kingstown is awesome, another Sheridon gem. The Old Man I feel it lost it's way around episode 6, I didn't bother finishing it.

    Subjective opinon disclaimer - but if i had to rank my enjoyment out of the sheridan combo pack on Paramount i'd say Yellowstone (with all of its derivatives) would take top spot, followed by Mayor of Kingstown (mimicks The Wire's Baltimore-esque backdrop) ..then this.

    Well people seem to like this but anything with Stallone for me is unwatchable. Ive tried most of them over time but its never long before I hit the off button before any more brain damage is done.

    I had this problem. I didn’t realise it had ended on 9… was waiting for the last episode and kept checking.
    Doesn’t say much about the ending does it.
    That said, I really enjoyed it
