Never used it but a friend says navixsport.com is ok.

Abit off topic but can anyone recommend a reliable free football streaming site?

Typical that the movie pass goes on offer when the Entertainment pass is most in demand (annoyed) (GOT). Still good if you want the movie pass. Any comparable deals on the Entertainment pass?

AdamBrunt

What is the difference between the stick and the box ? I presume the box does a (better) wired connection but is there anything else

marcgreen11

Definitely not 1080p streams

bitm2007

Probably just clearing the old stock, to make way for the latest Now TV Smart Sticks with passes deals. The most recently produced Smart Sticks come with a choice of just a 2 months entertainment pass, 1 month cinema pass or 3 month kids pass.

bitm2007

It's still 720p

I got £2.64 a month for 3mths then goes back to normal price.

LEA1988LEA

That's a good deal I currently have £3.58 per month for the next 6 months.

ianj9375

Mirrors my own situation, found that if I bought some of the passes from Amazon then the retention offers start again - I only bother with the Entertainment at the moment - retention deal last night was £3.20 for 3 months, not sure why 10p better than the deal posted lol

bitm2007

This normally works the first time you cancel, but not when you cancel when you are already on one of these deals.

Albie7

Albie7: I know it's smelly... I wrote a status on Facebook asking if anyone wins a Nowtv pass in mcds monopoly to inbox me it if they don't use it. I've had 3 already. 1 months movies. 3 months entertainment and 6 months kids pass (lol) there you go you do it

You can watch this so long as you’ve got an active pass!!

Does this stay on forever if you just purchase one pass one time? Or do you have to purchase a pass every month?

Result !! Thanks. Bagged the last one at my local JS! Been waiting for a deal. Thanks OP!!!

bitm2007

If they did that I expect that their fraudulent actively could be traced back to them.

tawse57

Thank you. So the only way someone could have stolen a code is to take the USB stick from the box, log into an account and then, well, return the stick to the shelf. Which I assume is possible but unlikely.

bitm2007

They are preloaded on the stick, you need to sign into or up to a Now TV account before the passes can be accessed. There is no code number like there use to be with the Now TV boxes, the passes are stored in a waiting to be used section at the top of the Pass and Vouchers page of your account.

I can't see any difference between Netflix quality and this on my 32" Philips TV . I laughed when you said banging the TV top. Yesterday I told my son that's what we used to do to fix the telly in the 70's. I think these people must have 4k tv's or paranoid convincing themselves quality is bad when I can't detect any difference.

GlentoranMark

I've only done one Android course but it taught me enough to be able to code my own apps and take things further. I don't watch any TV, I sit and code most nights. https://eu.udacity.com/course/android-development-for-beginners--ud837 That is similar to the course I took although Android changes with each new version. The course I done taught Java, not sure if that one will teach you Kotlin. I also listen to a load of Podcast's. Some of these are learning, just get your Podcast software to play oldest first so you start at the beginning.

heathergreen1

Good luck! PS. If you do go for the 6 month deal with a different email address, it might be worth using a different credit card too. :)

mcdexsta

I'll have a look but I'm sure I'll find something thanks! Failing that I'll have to go to mcdonalds (lol)

I am not saying you are wrong. But do you think is right when companies charge you more and it is your job to chase them for days, wait for them to answer your calls after you have tried for hours or says to talk to them? At the end you either give up, or you get your money back, but it didn't worth the hassle. To give you an idea, my TV from Currys EBay broke within days after I've got it. I had to take a day off from work to have it collected. I had to take another day off to receive the replacement. And guess what? It came with a broken screen. Today they picked it up. They will deliver the new one within 5 working days. Despite the fact I sent pictures with the TV in the box, with a broken screen, they need to inspect it first, so they cannot have the courier replacing the faulty item when he picks it up. They also can't give delivery slots. Another 2 days off work. Unpaid. Not my fault. Do you think they offered me anything? No, just the money back if I want. In some countries, if the price is 1 dollar on the shelf but in reality costs 100, they have to give it to you for 1 dollar.

SgtPepper1969

They do highlights but for all sessions, and a Paddock Pass which is 30 mins pre race, 30 mins post race. Host is brilliant.

bitm2007

All I've seen is "Sky would not share its plans for where it will broadcast F1 other than its dedicated channel, but it will show the season-opening Australian Grand Prix - and quite possibly each of the first three races - on Sky One, which increases the audience." https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/47542802 We should know if Sky is broadcasting qualifying for the Bahrain GP live on "Sky One" by around 3pm this afternoon when they update their rolling 7 day TV guide.

bitm2007

An average of 441k watched live on Sky, of which 291k were watching on Sky Sports F1, 66k on Main Event and 84k on Sky One. Channel 4's highlight program averaged 1.38m, peaking at 1.81m. https://motorsportbroadcasting.com/tag/channel-4-f1/

Tesco, Bush Technika (please add Polaroid Blaupunkt and the resurrected Aiwa brand to this list) are amazingly dodgy brands. The exterior may look ok but the electronics are shocking. Most of the big players Sony Panasonic Philips are usually sound bets (forgive the pun).

Don't believe everything you see in Which? magazine. I have this and for the price paid (think it was around &70) it's great. Much better than the Tesco/Bush/** other dodgy brand** soundbars. For this price it's a bargain and I would heartily recoomend.
