Blood test showed that my kidneys weren’t working the way they shoukd for someone my age. That made me worried. Then she said it was because I had high levels of creatine in my blood and urine. The blood was taken on the Friday of my loading phase! Now I have to retest sans creatine. It has kind of scared me a bit of taking creatine. Will see how the next test goes. I’m sure the doctor will advise me to stay off it, which is a shame. It’s hard to get the same results with just protein.ñ and diet. (edited)

Hopefully we're going to see prices coming down. Wholesale whey (WPC80) prices in the US have fallen significantly in recent months; Europe looks a little slower, but expectation is to keep coming down.

Re THG's (MyProtein) financial update this week:
"THG expects significant [profit] margin recovery, supported by continued abatement of whey costs allied with enhanced operating leverage and the discontinuation of non-core activities.”

So whey prices may be coming down, but MP are planning to pocket the extra profit! Hopefully there will be some competition. (edited)

£10.2 per kg is good for the current climate also TCB is a plus. I don’t believe that price can go lower unless it’s limited edition flavours or mis priced by Myprotein which often happens (edited)

Pity MyProtein whey mixes like $hit with water..I’m not normally fussy and just buy what’s cheapest but at this price you can often get PHD diet whey on a deal which is superior in my opinion..

I honestly found MyProtein to mix so much better than PHD diet.

I found PHD to be so thick it was like a sludge ( even worse with milk ).
