Grenade Oreo Bars
I know some people love them and this is one of the cheapest I have seen.

Description
Introducing Grenade OREO. The nation’s favourite high protein, low sugar bar, now with the unmistakable great taste of OREO, the #1 cookie brand in the world! Boasting 21g protein, just 1g of sugar and a whole lot of that iconic OREO flavour, this bar is the real deal.

The bar features a crème layer flavoured with genuine OREO vanilla & a nougat centre loaded with authentic OREO cocoa. With this instantly recognisable black & white centre and a taste to match, this is a bar that the most die-hard OREO fans will love.

And if that’s not enough...Wrapped in Grenade’s signature low sugar chocolate, we have added a topping of real zero sugar OREO pieces; ‘OREO Zero Crumb’ exclusively developed by the masterminds at OREO to maintain our low sugar commitment.

Can I ask what promos people are seeing to reach £13.02, wish mine were that price as I'd buy a bunch

    Cool story

120g porridge oats, half jar of peanut spread, 100g protein powder, table spoon of honey, 30g of sunflower seeds. Worm peanut spread, add rest and mix. Leave for 10 min in the fridge and that's all.
    cost ~£3.0 = 5-6 protein bars.
    stuartw's avatar
    Worm 🐛🪱 🥜 butter spread?

Good price but if you shove these down then don't expect to get anywhere with your body.

Just buy a nice grass fed steak with some decent organic eggs and have a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack.

We now live in a world where it's actually cheaper to buy and make food from fresh produce than it is to buy a box of chicken nuggets.
    Machoke's avatar
    Why organic?

These bars are super addictive! I don’t feel guilty due to the amount of sugar and protein. Can someone explain how they taste so good given the sugar and protein ratio?

    Magic

13.02 with sub save and 20 percent off.

Unfortunately I gave up protein bars a long time ago due to a shart incident at work.

Look out for ones without so much maltitol. Few and far between though.

Looks like the voucher is gone now (edited)

You want protein? Eat an egg. No carbs and better than this synthetic rubbish.
    intime's avatar
I agree with the sentiment, although to get the same amount of protein as in this bar, you'd have to eat three eggs, which is 10 grams of saturated fat, way over the amount of cholesterol you should be consuming. If you're after protein, a pint of skimmed milk is cheaper with less calories than the bar, no fat and 20 grams of protein. Not as tasty tho (edited)

The caramel Chaos ones are just over £16 - yummy

Do these taste nice? Sorry I know it’s a random question but do they actually taste good? Thanks in advance
    FrankieThePanda's avatar
Yes they do imo one of the better tasting bars out there and ive tried a few, very creamy almost kinder bar taste to them, grenade is one of the better protein bar companies on the market for tastes they have a few naff flavours but majority are very nice
  12. Brad_Shaw's avatar
Yea no wonder with 17 grams of sugar you might as well just eat a mars bar
  13. valuz91's avatar
Has anyone got any recommendations for alternatives that don't have an ingredients list that's 8 lines long?
    echobase's avatar
    Chicken.

These Oreo ones are very nice. Read some reviews online and one site said the Bithday cake one is the best. Had a box delivered from Amazon today and to me they are horrible! I’ll force myself to have them for the protein content but think I’ll stick to Oreo from now on. Great deal, great price, heat!
    HoneyJamToast's avatar
Whoever said the Grenade Birthday Cake is a good flavour needs their heads checked, tastes exactly how it looked - Yellow plastic with circular plastic offcuts masquerading as 'confetti'

Palm oil, rapeseed oil and chemical junk bar for £18. nice
    Sam223's avatar
True though ok for an occasional cheat/craving rather than regular choco bars
  16. fossit's avatar
Too many ingredients, this stuff is unhealthy
    simandoo's avatar
Honestly, it's awful ultra processed stuff. I used to eat stuff like this until I read ultra processed people.

£14.88 for me, i've been getting 2 for £5 every now and again from my local garage and they are incredible for when you fancy something sweet but don't want to smash a load of dairy milk lol.
  18. mc_2021's avatar
Great deal, £13.02 with multiple promotions. Heat added!
    Insomniac82's avatar
What do you mean exactly? How do I get it for £13.02?!
  19. Kingb4's avatar
Thanks for posting - been meaning to get some protein bars..... Have ordered some of the Caramel Chaos - for a similar price (£13.95 with S&S etc) - seems like a great deal - thanks again!
  20. sc0tt88's avatar
    12 bars, over £18, and that's a good deal? You're joking...
    dap54's avatar
Do you have anything cheaper that offers such low amount of sugar and over 20g protein?
  21. wyabcp's avatar
Salted caramel is the best one 👌
    p1001's avatar
Totally agree... The salted caramel is great
  22. Robdataff's avatar
Sadly poor for keto maltitol has a high glycemic index.

Shame, everyone here seems to love them
    Machoke's avatar
The whole point of keto is to restrict you from eating the majority of food out there. IMO you're better off with a low carb diet. That way you can have your fruit/veg/legumes without worrying about going over 30-40g of carbs. Unless of course you're eating keto to help with seizures.

Got for just over £13 I really didn't need any more bars considering I have 300 at least in the house....but 12 more won't hurt.
  27. Diesel48's avatar
No voucher for me - anyone know what determines how the vouchers are made available? I have a 10% voucher on some of the other grenade bars
  28. maxisgirl's avatar
Absolutely love Oreo’s but I find these awful!they seem to have a strange taste, where as the cookie dough, birthday cake etc all taste nice.was quite disappointed really .

Superb deal. Ordered and heat added.
  31. mutatedllama's avatar
These taste awful. I don't know anybody who actually likes these, seems that the company are doing some promotional comments in this thread...
    imransaleh96's avatar
Not sure about that, personally this is my favourite protein bar and go to snack right now, and i have 100s of other protein bars to choose from and have already gone through 5+ boxes of these since they are great tasting and decent macro protein alternative to the usual snack at work etc.

I estimate that roughly 8 out of 10 of my friends like it, especially those who have tried protein bars before, however women don't seem to like the aftertaste which i am assuming is because of the protein they are not used to.

    Deal is back on

Just grabbed oreo and dark raspberry for £31 including s&s
    Sam223's avatar
Are all flavours the same texture? I.e. a bit sticky in the mouth? Only tried oreo and it’s the same even if kept in fridge.

These are really tasty. Great after a workout, 21g protein. They are quite high in saturated fat, so need to consider that in your macros.
    cwestall1's avatar
4gs of saturated fat is not high. You okay?
  37. captainamerica945's avatar
Cracking price at £13.02 thank you
