Good price! Love mine. They replaced my novablast 3s when the tread wore out

I've done up to halfs in these and still comfy

Any good for flat footed porpoises?

I have the originals and have completely flat feet as well as wide feet (think Hobbit..). Great fit (go for one size bigger). Really comfy and excellent for running.

Annoyingly size 8.5 are out of stock. How true to size are these? Preferably I'd go for an 8 if 8.5 are oos.

they do run a bit long (I have pretty narrow feet though), I'm 7.5 on these but 8 on most other brands (edited)

I don't know about Edd Budd (personally find him a bit annoying) but I love to see deals on this model. In the world of £160 running trainers, these frequent £50 VN2 deals are a blessing. I had already ran two pairs down to the ground and I don't mind buying a third one! I just really hope they don't ruin this shoe in the next generation.

Dependable workhorse for long runs but the Liberate Nitro are the fun/exciting ones

Great shoe for track and speed sessions. Lightest shoes I own.

Got them from ASOS last year for around £50. (edited)

Recently replaced Reebok floatride energy 4s with these as my daily trainer, having picked them up for a similar price in an ASOS deal. They're by no means fast, but they're really comfortable and good for training miles when paired with a faster trainer for speed sessions and races

100% agree. Now I need a good deal on Endorphin Speed 2! Sadly they are more and more difficult to find these days and Speed 3 I just can't get along with (edited)

Bought a pair thanks! I've been an avid Salomon wearer for about 6 years now and was always too scared to try another pair so we'll see how it goes!
