protein drinks

hello people, I am in the healthy business, just a bit too late so gotta drop a few kgs down( working on it).

so why I am watching what I eat and working out, course I am trying to add more protein to my diet,to lean up.


so far all good, now I was gonna buy some protein online as bulk had a sale but I happen to come into PhD diet whey high protein lean mix,it ticked most boxes making sure the single serving are under 100 calories and fat and sugar low.

now it's alright but the taste, more you have the worse it gets , I mean I got Banana coming,but now I have to gulp down flavours I don't like.
