sorted byHappened numerous times whenever my sister has ordered Thomas Sabo (though that was a necklace with loveheart pendant which arrives without its necklace - it's happened so often it's become a running joke - think she has at least four of those pendants now). Last week I ordered her a Pandora necklace and just the box, certificate and wrapping paper arrived, no jewellery. (edited)
