Dolce & Gabbana launched The One in March 2008 as a woody spicy fragrance for men. The idea behind the very masculine fragrance was �not a banal classic, but a classic men�s fragrance that would last for years and be the type of scent that women will adore�. The One opens up with fresh grapefruit with basil and coriander then moves onto a blend of cardamom and ginger with orange blossom then finishes the scent with to tobacco, cedar and amber. The notes behind the fragrance were created by Stefano Gabbana.
Top notes: Grapefruit, basil and coriander.
Heart notes: Cardamom, orange blossom and ginger.
Base notes: Tobacco, cedar and amber.

    Lovely scent but absolutely garbage performance. I prefer the one intense, better longevity and nicer smell imo.

    Was gonna buy but seen this can go for £60 for 150ml, as this probably needs a lot of sprays I'll wait for the 150ml price to drop and get tbat. Nice deal though

    Weird seeing all the comments about performance, I have the EDP (bought December 2021) and find it performs really well on my skin. Have they reformulated!?

    No you must be an anomaly. This has never performed well. You always get people on Fragrantica claiming poor performance on fragrances which aren't, but in this case they're true. Not worth the money. The one intense is though, beautiful scent and moderate performance.

    Ive got the EDT. Smells amazing, but lasts for an hour at best. Such a shame, i havent tried EDP so not sure if its better. (edited)
