This is a really excellent book. Massive twist about half way though. Bargain

This book really is a fantastic read, and really quite different. I have a few copies of this and I highly recommend to those who want to read something that studies human behaviour in a not so far away future.

It's certainly no Remains of the day or When we were orphans but I preferred it to Never let me go. Definitely a bargain at this price.

I recently read Remains of the Day and was bitterly disappointed after all the hype about it. I could summarise it in a paragraph so little actually happens!

I was pretty disappointed, probably had too high expectations. Don't want to give anything away but plot line seemed pretty flawed.

This was the second book I tried from Ishiguro and didn’t rate either
