    If GPU is less important to you, the 4070 model is ~£400 cheaper

    Is it worth to upgrade 4090 for extra £650? There was a lenovo 4090 deal for around £2580, I may better wait for that though.

    So the 4090 mobile is minimum 35% faster than 4080 (based on 175W version), depends whether you think that's worth £650 or so. (edited)
