GBP 1386 if you remove the OS and add 32GB of ram. Outstanding price!

    Good price!
Just checked on Lenovo Education site with same part number and specification and it's coming out £100 more! At £1,487.50.

However, I've noticed on the UK Rewards Store, you can get Legion Pro 7i 16 with similar spec (e.g. No OS, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, RTX4070 8GB) but with i9-13900HX, 99.9Wh battery and per-key RGB etc for £200 more, at £1,586.16.... :/ ⚖️

Many options to choose from! (edited)

Have you changed the power management away from ‘aggressive’? That’ll reduce the temperature and then the fans 🏻

I'm in the same boat I have the 3060 model (5i pro) I guess we could sell the 3060 models to get abit of leverage on this price

Does anyone know if I can use an external GPU with this? It doesn't list a thunderbolt connection.

Looks like they've ditched thunderbolt for 2023 to cut costs

I have the last 5i with 3070ti and tbh it still breezes thru anything game wise thrown at it.So can’t justify this😳

Why does it say you can upgrade the RAM to 32GB for £0 but when you do it bumps the overall price up as well

I've decided to go for this one... After a couple of days of considering... One thing I am still concerned about is the very low video memory... 8GB is exactly what I have in my 5 years old 1080 max Q and I fear it will affect performance in loads of new titles...
