Good price but Lightwater Valley isn’t what it used to be. Almost all the big rides have been removed. Took my dtr 8yo there last school summer holidays. We ended up going on the roundabout swings (can’t remember the name of them) over and over and over again. For very young children it’s likely fine. Quite a few young child rides But even my dtr at 8yo thought it was just ok. I less so as i remember the Ultimate and the Rat rides. Both gone. Waltzer was rubbish as half the cars wouldn’t spin around. Needs improvement. Almost all the staff/catering ppl are young kids now. Guess that’s cheaper to employ youngsters. Won’t be going back.

Flamingoland on the other hand was great. Definitely going back there.

Heat added for the price only. (edited)

Flamingo Land was very good. Kids really enjoyed it even though it rained while we were there.

Will all the rides be open though. Don't want to be taking the kids if it's just face painting and royal coronation linked activities.

Not sure. Maybe have a look on their website. Or give them a call and ask. Can’t see them missing such a good opportunity to make £. Even if they aren’t all open your kids will enjoy it. If they are at a young(er) age. (edited)

Might be really good this weekend though with all the entertainment and the atmosphere. Who knows.

Can't see any mention of the rides being open on their website. But I rang them up and they said they will be open. I am abit dubious now.
