Spoken to a customer rep and they have told me the codes (One in this post and ones sent via email) have expired. I told them that the email did not state an expiration date and they offered me £5, which I would only get after I place the order so I told them that it's pointless to me as I wanted to save on the ETB itself.

They cancelled the codes on Monday apparently and whilst talking to their online chat they offered me £5 credit if I bought it at full price. Then it went out of stock.
