Anyone use this? Does the collagen make any difference?

Collagen isn't absorbed through the skin, so no. Specific collagen peptides can be absorbed but they're pretty unlikely to be in a cheap product. However, hydration is always a benefit so the product will be beneficial over 'doing nothing'.

If you want a moisturizer that is going to genuinely be anti-wrinkle, get something that has SPF, and wear it daily all year. Nivea do a day cream with SPF 15 or 30, I use the former through the winter and switch to 30 in the summer. I do this based on the science I've read, that shows UV radiation being the primary cause of wrinkles. The younger you start this, the better. Also, take Vit D supplements too, it's not clear how much Vit D production is reduced using sunscreen, but it's a good thing to do irrespective. (edited)
