    Are there any other recommendations / links for a zelda controller that doesn't have drift , dead zones or any other issues highlighted with this one?

    In my personal experience and that of a couple of friends is that unfortunately unless you buy the official Switch Pro controller you'll be at a disadvantage. I've had three unofficial controllers, one like the one here, and my friends have had different ones and we've all come to the conclusion that dead zones are just not good on anything other than the Pro controller on the Switch.

    I love the artwork on their controllers, they are bleddy excellent. Only problem is (and it's a big one) is the dead zone on anything other than the official Pro controller are not good. It's strange that third party controllers for other consoles have decent dead zones, but ones for the Switch are not good at all. It's not a problem until you need precise aiming for example in FPS, then you'll see the issue. But, for platforming games etc they are fine.

    Good price but I would stress it has no gyroscope or motion controls which is a big deal if you’re planning on using this with TOTK. My experience with BOTW was a lot better with the motion controls.

    I just checked. With steam - easy, with other games - harder but still possible.
    With wii u - console needs to be hacked and using some 3rd party software - possible to work fine.

    It's been at this price for a couple of days now. Its not the cheapest it's ever been but I could not find it cheaper than that anywhere else atm (edited)

    Had one of these for about 3 years now (i think) and it suffered horrible stick drift and massive dead zones.
    I wouldnt recommend buying it.
