    Bought a pack of the separate garlic and ginger last week. My Morrisons didn't have this combined pack.
    Used them in a Chicken Jalfrezi dish and it tasted the same as using fresh garlic and ginger to me.

    BTW can any other supermarket match the 3.60 per kilo ASDA fresh ginger packs of 500gm for 1.80 ish?? M&S price is 60p per 100gm. Many local stores have old and rubbish ginger for M&S prices. Watch out!!

    These are great as are the individual ginger and garlic. So easy to use and no waste. Also anyone saying it's watered down etc is talking nonsense and probably never used it 🤪

    i had to melt a pack of ginger cubes as they were all stuck together. i did notice a fair amount of water when it melted. Now ginger does naturally have water content. hard to tell if it was natural water content or watered down. would never know.
