    I like a little smokey whisky before I have a bourbon. I have a few Ardbeg's and Laphroaig's, but recently decided to take a punt on a Black Bottle blended peated whisky for £15.50, I was pleasantly surprised and think its better than the Grouse smokey black.

    much better imo, not a huge fan of the original but i like this one, obviously its gonna suit people that prefer a smokier whiskey

    You have to laugh at some of the snobbery on this place.

    It's 15 quid, the regular bottle goes for as cheap as 13 quid, in no way is it undrinkable, have a look at the blend of whiskies that make up a standard bottle of grouse.

    Standard Grouse is probably one of the best blends out there, much better than Bells, Teachers, Whyte & Mackay & Johnnie Walker
