Had one of these for a while now and it’s great for laptop, phone, tablet, camera etc. Just need to be aware of the port priority and how the power is split when charging multiple devices (another occasion where reading the manual is a good idea!).

The problem with ugreen stuff is, if you charging laptop from port 1, and nothing is charging out of ports 2,3or4 (but the cables are still connected at the charger end), port 1 will still be reduced charging rate. The charger is not intelligent enough to detect that even though the spare ports have cables connected, no current is being drawn. Better to go with Anker.

£10 difference. This one is better for those who do not need 100w. Why spend more on specs you can't take advantage of?

Good to see it gets frequent software updates. I was worried for a moment!

Can anybody recommend a usb c cable doe this? Don't want to get this and use with a cable that won't take advantage of the power. Thanks

What happens when you plug just one phone into port c1 which is 65w, does it break the phone?
    michaeljb's avatar
    michaeljb
No, it'll just pull whatever is needed by the phone depending on which charging standards the phone supports, for instance if the phone supports QC 2.0 @12v3A then it'll pull 36 watts from the charger.

I have a samsung tab s6, s8 15w and 25w, pixel 6 and 6a at 18w and 22w and huawei mate 20 pro, 40w, huawei matebook that is 65w. Is this a good all in one solution that will charge all my devices at the correct ampage/speed or what ever the ever the right term is?
    Sniperone's avatar
    Sniperone
Yeah it will charge everything and divide the wattage over how many items you have plugged in .

Has anybody seen a 2 port port usb charger that puts out 30w on each ports when they are both used?
Or a 3 or 4 port that puts out 18w on each port?
