I ordered some lovely trousers from here, amazing price, arrived a week later with emai,s to say dispatched. Arrived in time with RI original label and price tag on with the plastic covering on, on a  RI hanger. Just exactly the same as going into the store and laying full price except I paid £7 for a £35 labelled pair of trousers. Really delighted at this eBay outlet store and will be ordering again.

Thanks for posting, if I hadn't seen your post I would never have known that RI eBay store existed! Didn't get the dress as was oos but got a fab little girls pink puffer coat for £15 in the size up for next winter. I know it's going to be fine as got the exact same coat in store, a size down, for last winter!
