Frequently stops tracking steps and messages cut off after so many characters so you can't read it all.

Unless you only want a "Mi band with a bigger screen" look elsewhere.

Tbh, wish I hadn't bought mine.

Same here. It doesn't even sync with Google fit. Watch should cost £30 at most. (edited)

Does this compare better for specs Vs the redmi watch 3 or 2 lite?

Wanted to purchase the redmi 3 to replace my aging Samsung galaxy watch 3, but not sure.

None of the Xiaomi watches run WearOS and there is no app store for them - what they come with is all they'll ever have. I gave this watch away and bought a Galaxy Watch4 instead which has crap battery life but can do much more than just fitness tracking.

Glad I got the Honor MagicWatch 2 46mm when it was £59.99

This doesn't look like good value compared to it.

The magic watch is great but is there a way to install apps on it?

Your get a much shortened alert, just a couple of lines, then you still need to read on your main device.

But no, you can't read messages.
