sorted byNote that you can regularly get New XM4s for roughly the same price via Amazon's EU stores (and come up on here often). Might be worth holding out if you're in a rush. I've ordered a couple and never had any issues doing that.

May have gone downhill recently but I ordered some refurbished WH-XM3 from here a few years ago and came like brand new. Probably a case of people only writing reviews when they have a negative experience.
In fact I wrote a script to check for stock and helped a fair few members out here, nobody really had any issues like those on trustpilot. Voted hot.
Yep, I was disappointed with the XM4s, thought they'd be much better, but it was just an incremental upgrade.
The negative reviews match my experience so far in terms of this weird setup where it appears to be one store but it's actually different ones and there's no central service for them. I ordered from them then changed my mind so went onto the site to cancel and couldn't find any option for it, the site said I had to contact the store on the order form. I phoned them and the person had no idea what I was talking about and said I should go to the site and find a central number which doesn't exist so tried the live chat and I was told they were a different store so they couldn't help, I had to speak to the original store. So I tried e-mailing the original store asking for the order to be cancelled and received a phone call saying the order had already been dispatched (within 15 minutes of the order?!) and the only option was to refuse delivery.
I'm not fancying my chances of a return now and kicking myself for not checking the reviews first.
Lowest XM4 has ever been was around Christmas for £169
I have these and the newer XM4's and there's not much difference.
I'd commented a little further down saying 'Time-machine, etc'

Only 13 reviews but they are an established business for over 20 years and many of us of purchased from here over the years.
Unfortunately most of the issues is down to the bloody courier they use (my TV got smashed and they refunded immediately).
** For hygiene reasons in-ear headphones cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Im joking. No one knows for sure. Probably they use some sort of disinfectant or maybe they replace the ear pads or nothing at all. Either way the headphones are in a like new condition (from reviews) and it’s always a good idea to disinfectant it yourself before putting them on. (edited)

They were this morning, price has changed again now.
Is that why they’re recommended on every review?
They work just plugged {via jack plug} in without being switch on which is very good if the battery dies, the noise cancelling only works when switched on though.

Buds didn't have an original box but they were packed as if they were supposed to be send via yodel.

Currently have the Bose but not a fan, so thinking of buying a pair of Sonys
Sony has better ANC, USB C charging and can access EQ settings via app. The Bose however is way more comfortable and slimmer fitting in my opinion.
I have these on most of the day while working. Battery isn't as good as my old soundcore q30 but long enough to last a full work week so can't complain.
Sound is awesome. Absolutely the best headphones I've ever had.
Bought a new pair for our daughter 18months ago and she loves them. Now it's our son's turn to have some! 🔥
