Worth it though...unless you are on a budget of course then buy these

For me noise cancellation is also not a big deal so the increase in cost would not be worth it me. From what I have heard, the xb900 is the right choice if bass is your thing however as an overall package the MX3/MX4 you cannot go wrong if you want to stretch.

I haven't tried the Xm3s but are they just lacking bass and gaining on the noise cancelling and is that worth the price difference? Got these xb900n's yesterday and was blow away by the sound quality, but then noise cancelling isn't a big deal for me, headphones for music an all that...

The 1000MX3/4 are apparently really good for that although double or more this price.

Pristine Xm3s for £139 probably more appropriate

You kind of answered your own question. If they are Sony then yes they are pretty decent. Had a set for a while, but if they are cheap knock offs then it's anyone's guess as to the quality

Are these any good? if they're cheap knockoffs will be a waste

Insomnia like me? Lol

Google is your friend - and the answer is YES.

A meaningless random comparison of tech specs, nice!

And RTings went the other way... As I said, it's pretty marginal and different people have different opinions, so for the current price difference I have a hard time recommending this deal. Stop being difficult x

That whole “price match” policy in big retailers is a total BS. I tried with John Lewis before and was told the same crap. If you’re gonna price match against competitors then do it! At the end they’re losers because I’ll buy where I can find the same product cheaper.

"Good morning, Unfortunately, Jaycenter charge customers a restocking/refund fee when returning goods. Therefore, I am unable to price match your item today as they are not sold on the same terms." Grrrr!

Trustpilot seems OK There is one thread in the forum However I am still skeptical, companies house shows it no longer as a company I think it might be more trouble than it's worth

Excellent headphones. For me, it took a while to get used to them, but once I did they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The multi Bluetooth connection is a good feature, you can connect to both PC and phone at the same time. I get three 8-9 hour days of a battery. It has a decent EQ adjuster in the app. Very good noise cancelling, you can hearing very little with it on and listening to music at s low volume. It is supposedly one of the best on the market for NC. The negative is the connection to a Samsung TV becomes out of sync after 15-20 minutes. Turning a setting on the app re-syncs it for another 15-25 minutes. Requires repeating to keep in sync. I got Curry's to price match at £220 a while back.

These keep creeping down in price... <3

Thanks OP was just looking for these, perfect timing. Have some hea

Oh my, I didn`t realise they were actually posted that often (shock)

Do we really need a new deal for these every time the price drops a few pence on Amazon?

DAZZ2000 what you've just said there makes sense and I get it. However, I realise where the confusion lies. When you click the OP's link it takes you to the item and shows you the cheapest seller - the random one that's bang on £249. The OP is talking though about Amazon direct and this one is shown on the right hand side as an alternative option at £249.32 Having not clicked the link I didn't spot that - maybe that would have helped clarify at the time. Either way it was said in jest mate - not having a serious go at you :)

If you say so but when I opened the link then and just now, I see £249 and not sold by Amazon but some third party.

Currys rejected my request. They said that Photogear charge customers for returns which Currys don't so it's not like for like. Is that even a valid excuse?

Ah that's a shame. Thanks for confirming

Unfortunately not, I tried earlier and received this response: I'm sorry we do not match with OnBuy as they are a market place and not a retailer. This means that we are not able to match their price as it goes against the terms of our price match policy.
