    Not related as such, but can someone confirm that if you ever change over to Game Pass Ultimate that you can then never change your account back to an Xbox Live Gold subscription?
    I've been offered 12 months free GPA from BT, but am reluctant to use it as I probably won't get the use out of or want to pay for GPA after the 12 months end (edited)

    If it's game pass ultimate you have then I assume it'll stack but you'll lose a few months. Better to wait for GPU to expire then do gold again and add the month of GPU to exchange it for 13 months GPU

    Excuse my ignorance but how does this work? Do I purchase the card and then simply use a vpn when adding the code to the Microsoft xbox account? (Either via laptop or on the Xbox itself). I have Nord VPN.

    Yes. Exactly that. Check your vpn has a working Turkey server before using it. I had to change the settings on VPN Unlimited to get my Turkey server working

    Might be a totally stupid question but does the Live to GP trick work for codes from any region as long as your VPN is set to there when activating the code?

    As South Africa has a 12 month Live for £26 currently.
